Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your received the product , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your google pay , paytm or to your bank , within 7 working days.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Due to pick up service disabled you have to ship back the product using any courior service . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Plus sizes like 46, 48, 50 are non refundable because these sizes made on request of customers. Only replaced if you got defective item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Washing & Drying for woolen products

• Dry Flat: Lay flat to dry or hang on a line, away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading and stretching

• Cool & Dry: Store in a cool, dry place.
• Breathable Bags: Use cotton or muslin bags, not plastic, to allow the wool to breathe.
• Fold, Don't Hang: Fold gently and store flat to avoid stretching the weave.
• Moth Protection: Use cedar blocks, neem leaves, or lavender sachets, but don't place them directly on the fabric.
• Air Out: Occasionally refold and air the shawl to prevent permanent creases

Wearing & Maintenance

• Avoid Snags: Be careful with sharp jewelry that can snag threads.
• Perfumes: Spray perfume on clothes first, then wear the shawl, to avoid stains.
• Ironing: Use a low-heat iron or steamer with a thin cloth between the iron and the shawl; steam can also refresh it.
